These terms apply when you use nodd.pro. By using the site you agree to them. The site is run by Nodd, a business based in Sydney, New South Wales. ABN: [to be added].

2. Information on this site

The content on this site is general information only. It is not tax, legal or financial advice. Product screens and examples use sample data. Managed Payroll, our fully managed pay run service, is not yet available. Payroll services that involve PAYG withholding or superannuation will be delivered with a registered BAS agent.

3. Our services

If you engage us, our services are covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

4. Prices

We quote each business in writing. Quotes are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated.

5. Other companies’ names and logos

Names and logos of payroll, accounting and rostering software belong to their owners. We show them to explain which systems we work with. Their use does not mean those companies endorse or partner with Nodd.

6. Intellectual property

The Nodd name, logo and the content we created for this site belong to us. Please do not copy them without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
