We work with your payroll, rostering and accounting software. We check every shift against the award, prepare the pay run and send it to you. Nothing is paid until you approve it.

We do the work. You make the call. Here is what that feels like on a normal Friday.
One message with a short review pack when the pay run is ready. Check the totals and anything that changed, then approve it.
Every line is checked against the award, so staff can see why their pay changed, not just that it did.
Your staff ask us about leave, pay dates and payslips, and hear back within one business day. You stop being the payroll help desk.
Wages and super go out together, STP is lodged with the ATO, and the journal lands in your accounting software.
We read your modern award or agreement and check every shift for the right rate, penalty, allowance and overtime.
We match timesheets to rosters, work out tax, leave and super, and have the pay run ready for you to approve.
We answer staff questions about pay, leave and payslips in plain English, so your inbox stays quiet.
We track award updates, the 1 July wage review, new starters and exits, and update your pay rules when something changes.
No new system for your team to learn. We run pay runs in Employment Hero, take timesheets from your rostering tool and post journals to your accounting software.

Logos belong to their owners and show the systems we work with, not partnerships.

Maybe. We run payroll in Employment Hero. If you already use it, we work in your account. If not, moving you across is part of setup, and your rostering and accounting tools stay the same.
We prepare and check every run and flag anything unusual. Nothing is paid until you approve it. If we make a mistake, we fix it and explain what happened.
We only access the systems you connect, with the minimum permissions needed. Data stays in Australia where your payroll platform allows it, and you can revoke access at any time.
From 1 July 2026, employers must pay super at the same time as wages instead of quarterly. We check super on every pay run so it goes out with wages, not weeks later.
A Nodd Check takes about two weeks from kick-off to report. Setup usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, including two pay runs side by side, and we switch over at the start of a pay period.
Not ourselves. Managed payroll that includes PAYG withholding and super will be delivered with a registered BAS agent. Award checks are available now.

Book a demo. We’ll look at your awards, rosters and last pay run, show you exactly what we would take off your plate, and price it for your business.
